THE AFTERLIFE

Thanks to the nature of the hemp fibre, your tee should last a very long time!  We really encourage you to creatively think about how to get the most use out of the full life cycle of the product.

If you think that it could use a wee freshen up, great news, Buddy tees take dye super well! We've had some stories of people re-dyeing their tees so they can keep wearing and loving them! We love that.  We're working on some tutorials to show you how to dye your tees with natural dye.

If you feel as though your time together has come to an end, we recommend donating it to one of the many wonderful charitable organisations operating around the world for someone else to enjoy. 

If it's too far gone, the fabric makes excellent cleaning rags due to its absorbent properties.  

Buddy tees are biodegradable, except for the tags.  Cut em out, and pop it in your compost or green kerbside collection bin, if you think that its life as a T-Shirt has come to an end.

We're passionate about closed-loop recycling, and taking responsibility for the full life of our products, so we're very actively brewing ideas on how to incorporate this into our systems.  Stay tuned!
